30-Day Return Policy:

For the satisfaction of our customers and to uphold the quality of our products, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange, giving you the peace of mind you deserve.

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Items should be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@crazecaffe.com within the 30-day return period. Our team will provide you with a Returns Address (RA) and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please securely package the item with the provided RA and RMA, and ship it to the designated address. You may use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package for your convenience; return shipping charges are covered by us.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2 – 5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • Delayed Refunds: If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at support@crazecaffe.com.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Returns due to product quality problems: We offer free return shipping in this case and will provide you with a return label, along with the Returns Address (RA) and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), to send the order back to the designated address.
  • Returns for reasons other than quality problems: You are responsible for the return shipping costs in this case. Please ensure to include the provided Returns Address (RA) and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) when shipping the item back to us.

Cancellation of Order:

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. You may cancel your order within the initial 12-hour period from the time of order placement. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

  • Email Notification: Send an email to support@crazecaffe.com within the initial 12-hour period, specifying your order number and the reason for cancellation.
  • Confirmation: Our customer service team will confirm the cancellation of your order via email within a timely manner. Please ensure to check your email for confirmation.

Upon confirmation of order cancellation, the refund process will be initiated immediately. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. You’ll receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchange:

If you wish to exchange your product for a different item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to do so. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging for the exchange process. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@crazecaffe.com. We’ll assist you in processing the exchange and provide further instructions on returning the original item and receiving the replacement.

Please note that the cost of shipping the item back to us for exchange will be at your expense.

The Product Never Arrived:

At Craze Caffe, we understand the anticipation of receiving your order promptly. Our anticipated delivery timeframe ranges from 5 to 8 days, excluding the time required for product preparation and dispatch, which typically spans 1 to 2 days. However, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally lead to delays beyond our control.

In the rare event that your ordered items do not reach you within the initial 10 days, we kindly request your patience for an additional 5 days, totaling 15 days. These unforeseen circumstances could include inclement weather, courier delays, and customs procedures, which may contribute to these extended timelines.

Your satisfaction is our utmost priority. Should your purchased items fail to arrive even after this extended period, we are committed to promptly issuing a full 100% refund. We value your trust in us and appreciate your understanding in circumstances beyond our immediate influence.

Damaged on Arrival:

At Craze Caffe, we prioritize the safe delivery of your orders by using trusted shipping partners. Despite our careful packaging, if you receive a product in a damaged or defective condition, we guarantee an immediate reshipment of the same item or a full refund.

To qualify for a free reshipment or full refund due to a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at support@crazecaffe.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Explain the issue and provide clear photos or videos of the damage.

Please note that clear, visual proof of the damage is required to qualify for a full refund or a free reshipment on a product claimed as defective or damaged.

Once our team has confirmed the damage, they will proceed with the option that suits you best.

Defective or Broken Product After Use:

At Craze Caffe, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any issues with your item within 30 days of receiving it, such as it not functioning correctly or being defective, please notify us promptly.

You can return the defective product to us at your expense within this period. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit. This will allow you to reorder a replacement product with ease.
