How soon will I get my package?

We understand the importance of timely order processing. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another notification along with a tracking number. Delivery within the UK typically takes 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email within 24 hours containing tracking details. You can monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package by clicking here.

How do I know if my package has shipped and is on its way?

After placing an order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. When your order is processed and ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that receiving the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean the carrier has picked up your package yet. Allow 1 to 3 days for tracking status updates.

Why didn’t I receive an order confirmation/shipping confirmation email?

My tracking info shows my package was delivered, but I never received it.

If the tracking indicates delivery but you haven't received your package, first check with neighbors or others who may have accepted it on your behalf. Contact the shipping carrier to discuss and file a claim if needed. We will assist you to the best of our ability, but please note we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Why isn’t my tracking info updating, is there something wrong?

Tracking information may sometimes lag behind the actual status of your package. If tracking hasn’t updated for over 3 days, please contact our support team for assistance.
