Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We believe in the quality of our products, which is why we offer a straightforward 30-day return window. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you have a full month from the date of delivery to return it for a refund or exchange.

Important: All return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in new or gently used condition with original tags and packaging when possible.

What Can Be Returned?

We accept returns on products that meet the following conditions:

  • New products: Unopened items in their original packaging that have never been used
  • Gently used products: Items that have been opened or lightly tested but remain in good, resalable condition

Products must have all original tags, labels, and accessories included. Items showing significant wear, damage, or missing components may not qualify for return.

How to Start Your Return

Initiating a return is simple. Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: Contact our customer service team at support@crazecaffe.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Step 2: Include your order number and explain the reason for your return.

Step 3: We’ll provide you with a Returns Address (RA) and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 4: Package your item securely with the RA and RMA information clearly marked.

Step 5: Ship the package to the address we provide.

Understanding Return Shipping Costs

Who pays for return shipping depends on why you’re returning the item:

When We Cover Shipping (Free Returns)

We’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you if:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • We sent you the wrong item
  • The product has quality issues or doesn’t function as described

Simply let us know the issue when contacting support, and we’ll email you a free return label along with your RA and RMA numbers.

When You Cover Shipping

You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs if:

  • You changed your mind about the purchase
  • You ordered the wrong product or size
  • You no longer need the item
  • Any other reason not related to product defects or our error

We’ll still provide your RA and RMA numbers, but you’ll arrange and pay for the return shipping yourself.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once we receive your returned item, our team inspects it to verify its condition. You’ll receive an email confirmation when we receive your return, followed by another email regarding your refund status.

Approved Refunds: If your return meets our policy requirements, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The credit will appear in your original payment method—typically within 2-5 additional days depending on your bank or card issuer.

If Your Refund Is Delayed: Should more than 15 business days pass after approval without receiving your refund, please contact us at support@crazecaffe.com so we can investigate.

Exchanging Your Product

Prefer a different item instead? We’re happy to help with exchanges. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request an exchange for a different product.

The item you’re exchanging must be unused and in its original packaging. Contact our team at support@crazecaffe.com, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process, including how to return the original item and receive your replacement.

Please note: You’ll be responsible for shipping costs when returning items for exchange, unless the exchange is due to a defect or our error.

Canceling Your Order

Changed your mind right after ordering? You can cancel within the first 12 hours after placing your order.

To cancel, email support@crazecaffe.com with your order number and cancellation request within that 12-hour window. We’ll confirm the cancellation via email, and your refund will be issued using your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank to process the refund to your account.

If Your Order Never Arrives

We typically prepare and ship orders within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 5-8 days. While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen due to weather, courier issues, or customs procedures.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of shipment, we ask for your patience for an additional 5 days (15 days total). Should your items still not arrive after this extended period, we’ll immediately issue a full refund—no questions asked. Your satisfaction and trust matter to us.

Damaged Items Upon Arrival

We partner with reliable shipping carriers and package items carefully to prevent damage. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we guarantee either an immediate replacement shipment or a complete refund—your choice.

Important Timeline: To qualify for a free replacement or full refund due to damage, contact us at support@crazecaffe.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Please provide clear photos or videos showing the damage so we can process your claim quickly.

Products That Break After Use

Quality matters to us. If your item stops working correctly or develops defects within 30 days of receipt, we want to make it right.

You can return the defective product within this 30-day period. Once we receive and verify the issue, we’ll provide store credit equal to the full purchase price. This allows you to reorder a replacement or choose a different product with ease.
