Currently, we ship exclusively within the United Kingdom. This allows us to maintain our high standards for delivery speed and customer service while ensuring your orders arrive safely and on time.
If you're located outside the UK and interested in our products, please reach out to us at support@crazecaffe.com. While we primarily focus on UK deliveries, we're always exploring options to expand our shipping reach and would be happy to discuss possibilities with you.

Your order goes through several stages before reaching you. Here's a detailed breakdown of what to expect:
1 Order Confirmation (Instant)
As soon as you complete your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we've received your order and it's entered our system.
2 Processing Time (1-2 Business Days)
Our team carefully prepares your order, ensuring each item is quality-checked and securely packaged. Orders placed before 8:00 PM GMT are processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will begin processing the following business day.
Important: We process orders Monday through Friday only. Weekend orders will begin processing on Monday morning.
3 Dispatch Notification (Within 24 Hours of Shipping)
Once your package leaves our facility, you'll receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
4 Transit Time (5-8 Business Days)
Your package travels from our warehouse to your address. Most UK deliveries arrive within this timeframe, though exact timing depends on your location.
5 Delivery (Total: 6-10 Business Days)
Your order arrives at your specified delivery address. Someone should be available to receive the package, or it will be handled according to the courier's standard procedures.

Tracking Not Updating? Sometimes tracking information takes a few hours to appear in the system after dispatch. If you don't see updates within 24 hours of receiving your shipment confirmation, please contact us.
What to Expect During Peak Periods
We want to set realistic expectations during our busiest times of year. During high-demand periods, such as the Christmas holiday season, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and other major shopping events, delivery times may be extended due to increased order volumes across the entire postal network.
Holiday Shipping Notice: During peak holiday periods, deliveries may take up to 20 business days instead of our standard timeframe. We work diligently to process orders as quickly as possible during these times, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Changing Your Delivery Address
Need to update your shipping address? The sooner you let us know, the better chance we have of accommodating your request.
If your order hasn't shipped yet: Contact us at support@crazecaffe.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and the corrected address. We'll do our absolute best to update your delivery information before the package leaves our warehouse.
If your order has already been dispatched: Once a package is with the courier, we're unable to change the delivery address. In this situation, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking number—they may be able to redirect your package, though additional fees might apply.
When Your Order Doesn't Arrive on Time

PO Boxes and BFPO Addresses
We can deliver to PO Box addresses and British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses. However, please note that deliveries to these addresses may take slightly longer than standard residential or business addresses.
